Your documents

Upload the documents for your application: photo ID, proof of address, bank statements, payslips or tax returns, and business papers. See the full list. Files are encrypted and only our team can open them.

You can choose several files at once (up to 10), for example every page of a bank statement. Large photos are made smaller on your device before they are sent.
On a phone this opens the camera. Lay the page flat in good light so every word is clear.

    Our team reviews each document and marks it Approved, Needs changes or Not accepted. Uploaded the wrong file? Upload the right one and mention it when our team contacts you. We keep your documents for as long as we are required to; see our privacy policy.

    Know someone who needs finance? Share your personal link. We only count enquiries that come through it; we never show you who sent them.

    Passkeys

    Log in with Face ID, your fingerprint, a PIN or your phone instead of a password. Passkeys can't be phished or guessed.

        Download a copy of what we hold about your account: your name and email, passkeys, the devices you're logged in on, the documents you've uploaded (names, dates and review status) and your sharing choice. Passwords and security keys are never included.

        This removes your account, passkeys and log-ins straight away. It can't be undone. Documents you have uploaded are kept for as long as we are required to (see our privacy policy).
