Finding things hard?

If repayments are getting difficult, or you think they soon will, tell us early. The sooner we talk, the more options there usually are.

What happens when you ask

  1. A member of our team reads your request as a priority.
  2. We contact you to listen and talk through your options, including talking to your lender for you if you want us to.
  3. Nothing changes with your loan until you agree to it.

If your loan is with a lender we arranged, you can also contact that lender directly. Many lenders have hardship options, and free financial counselling exists in many places. See When a season goes badly.

If you are in danger or need urgent help with your safety, contact your local emergency number.
