What we do

• Help you find and apply for finance with lenders. We help people and businesses in Australia, the United States, Canada, New Zealand, Fiji and the Philippines look for personal, business, agriculture & rural, equipment, property and invoice finance.
• Explain options and costs in plain words. We help you understand what a loan is, what it costs and what to ask. Our glossary explains common finance words.
• Keep your documents encrypted. Documents you upload from My account are encrypted, and only our authorised staff can open them. See our Security page.
• Offer free planning tools. Our calculators and planners are free to use.

What we don't do

• We don't lend our own money. The finance comes from lenders.
• We don't give financial, legal or tax advice. Our pages and tools are general information. For advice about your own situation, talk to a licensed adviser, accountant or lawyer.
• We don't guarantee approval. Every application is assessed by the lender on its own merits.
• We never ask for your passwords. Not your banking password, not your email password and not your Pay In Time password. Read how to spot a loan scam.
